Will it work where I have no signal at all?
No. A booster amplifies an existing weak signal — it can't create one in a true dead zone. If your phone shows zero bars at the antenna location, there's nothing to boost. Where you've got even one flickering bar, that's where it earns its keep.
Does it boost signal for everyone in the vehicle or just one phone?
Everyone. It's a multi-user, non-cradle booster. The inside antenna rebroadcasts signal across the cab, so every phone and hotspot on any US carrier gets boosted at the same time.
What carriers and networks does it support?
All US carriers — Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and US Cellular — on both 4G LTE and 5G, including the 1900 MHz Band 25/2.

How do I avoid feedback or oscillation between the antennas?
Keep the inside dash antenna away from the outside antenna and don't aim them at each other. If they sit too close, the booster detects oscillation and throttles its own gain to protect the signal. The install guide spells out the minimum separation for your layout.
How is it powered, and can I hardwire it?
It ships with a 12V cigarette-lighter (CLA) power supply drawing roughly 1.8A. If you want it always-on without the lighter socket, weBoost sells a hardwire kit separately.
