The TRUKD V2 6.5" Accessory Panel is a 3/16" aluminum panel that replaces the stock faceplates on any TRUKD V2 or T Series rack equipped with 6-inch brackets, spanning bar to bar with no drilling required. Available in 52" (ships in stock) or 64" (made-to-order, 4–6 week lead time). Adjusts 2.5" in either direction along the bracket. Textured black powder coat. Made in Pittsburgh, PA.
Unlike the 12.5" and 18.5" accessory panels, the 6.5" is compatible with all TRUKD V2 rack heights — 6.5", 12.5", 18.5", and 24.5" — positioned at the top of the brackets on taller racks. The ¼-20 hole pattern accepts QuickFist clamps, TRUKD traction board mounts, hi-lift jack mounts, and RotopaX fuel and water cans. RotopaX requires a backer plate — TRUKD's 2" hole spacing is incompatible with the standard RotopaX bolt circle.
Not compatible with V1 TRUKD racks. Available as singles only — the 12.5" panel is the 2-pack option. Powder coat applied after fabrication may partially fill the ¼-20 holes; run a tap through before mounting accessories. 64" panels are made-to-order — allow 4–6 weeks.

What rack heights work with the V2 6.5" panel?
All TRUKD V2 rack heights — 6.5", 12.5", 18.5", and 24.5". On taller racks, position the panel at the top of the brackets.
What's the difference between the 6.5" and 12.5" panels?
The 6.5" panel mounts on TRUKD 6-inch brackets; the 12.5" panel mounts on 12-inch brackets. The 12.5" panel gives more vertical mounting surface and is also available in 2-packs. The 6.5" is available in 52" and 64" singles only.
What accessories can I mount on this panel?
Any accessory using a ¼-20 bolt, ½" bolt, or wide washer clamp — including Rotopax (with backer plate), QuickFist clamps, TRUKD traction board mounts, and high-lift jack mounts.
Why does Rotopax need a backer plate?
TRUKD panels use 2" hole spacing. Rotopax requires different geometry to mount correctly. A backer plate or Rotopax adapter bridges the gap — source one from TRUKD's accessories section before ordering Rotopax.
What's the 64" panel lead time?
The 64" panel is made-to-order. Allow 4 to 6 weeks from order date.
Can I use this on a V1 TRUKD rack?
No. V2 accessory panels require V2 brackets and are not compatible with V1 TRUKD hardware.
Do the holes come pre-threaded?
Panels are powder-coated after fabrication, which can partially fill the holes. You may need to run a ¼-20 tap through each hole before mounting accessories.
