The Swag Outbreak 1550 is a free-standing canvas swag that rolls a bedroll, a mattress, and a two-person shelter into one kit. It's 90.5 inches long and 61 inches wide inside, so two adults fit with room to move, and it stands about 40 inches at the peak. The shell is 400gsm proofed poly-cotton canvas over a 550gsm PVC bucket floor, with taped seams and No.10 self-repairing zips. A fitted 70mm high-density foam mattress is built in, so you skip the separate sleeping pad.
You set it up on the ground in a few minutes. Dome poles snap into shape and an adjustable trigger-lock ridge pole holds the roof up, no ladder and no separate footprint to fight with. Four zippered mesh doors and twin roof windows give you cross-flow airflow and a view of the sky on clear nights. When weather rolls in, full zip-down storm covers close everything off and the bucket floor keeps ground water out. Packed, it rolls down to 62 inches long by 16 inches across and weighs about 49 pounds, so it travels on a roof rack, bed rack, or trailer rack.
