How many brackets come in this kit?

Two. The Standard (Double) ships two hitches, giving two mounting points. If you need three load points for a longer or heavier awning, that's the Triple.

Will it fit my awning?

It fits accessories with spine track spacing between 40mm and 52mm, which covers most pull-out awnings, shower cubes, and slimline awnings. Measure your awning's track spacing before you buy.

How much weight can it hold?

40kg total, split as 20kg per mounting point. Stay within that limit.

Does it work with wing-style 180 or 270 awnings?

No. The HD Hitch is for pull-out awnings and smaller accessories. Wing-style 180 and 270 awnings need the XD Hitch instead.

Do I need tools to take the awning off?

No. Once the bases are bolted to your rack, the awning lifts on and off in seconds without tools.

Do I get M6 or M8 bolts?

Both. The kit includes M6 and M8 stainless fasteners so the hitch suits either bolt size on your awning track or rack.

Anything to watch for in bad weather?
