How many pouches come with the Complete Set, and can I add more?

Five removable pouches ship with the set, each 11.5 x 3.5 x 5.5 in. They velcro into the main bag and lift out individually. Extra pouches are sold separately if you want to expand the kit.

What tools actually fit in the pouches?

Full-size pliers, large screwdrivers, and even a hammer drop into a single pouch. A hands-on tester fit roughly 90% of their working trail kit and carried about 25 lbs of tools, with larger items riding in the front zip pocket.

Is it waterproof?

It is water-resistant, not waterproof. The body and pouches are 1000D Cordura with a reinforced bottom, so it shrugs off splash, dust, and a wet truck bed, but it is not built to be submerged.

How do the velcro ID tags work?

Each pouch and compartment has a velcro loop on top that holds a swappable label. Mark pouches by job (electrical, recovery, spares) and re-sort whenever your kit changes, no sewing needed.

Will it take up too much room in the truck?

At 22 x 16 x 8 in it is a one-bag solution that still tucks into a rear cargo area. When you only need a few tools, pull the relevant pouch and leave the bag stowed.
