The MAXTRAX Recovery Kit Bag is a triple-layer 600D polyester carry bag built to hold your recovery accessories — not the boards, the gear that goes with them. It measures 600 × 400 × 240 mm (23.6 × 15.7 × 9.4 in) when filled and packs a large internal cavity plus 5 external pockets, so shackles, the winch ring, the hitch, and gloves each get a spot you can find in the dark.

The 600D shell is PVC-coated and weather-resistant, so muddy ropes and sandy shackles go straight back in instead of riding loose in your cargo area. Buyers report fitting two recovery ropes (a 10-footer and a 30-footer), four soft shackles, a tree saver, a recovery ring, and gloves with room to spare. Two external cylindrical pouches are sized for the MAXTRAX Hitch or double as bottle holders during a dig-out.

The rectangular footprint and low center of gravity let the bag stack flat under a drawer system or sit square in a cargo platform, then pull out as one grab-and-go unit when the trail turns soft. It ships with a removable shoulder strap and grab handles. Note: this is a kit bag for accessories, not a traction-board bag — the MAXTRAX boards mount separately.

Overview

A weather-resistant 600D polyester bag that corrals a full recovery accessory kit — shackles, ropes, winch ring, hitch, and gloves — into one organized, grab-and-go unit. It carries the gear, not the traction boards.

Key features

  • Triple-layer 600D polyester shell with PVC coating and polyester lining; weather-resistant for muddy, sandy, or wet gear
  • 5 external pockets plus a large internal cavity for ropes
  • 2 external cylindrical pouches sized for the MAXTRAX Hitch or hydration
  • Removable shoulder strap and grab handles
  • Rectangular, low-center-of-gravity footprint that stacks flat and stays modular
  • 600 × 400 × 240 mm (23.6 × 15.7 × 9.4 in) when filled

Use cases

Consolidates a recovery kit that otherwise scatters across the cargo area — ropes, soft shackles, a tree saver, a recovery ring, and gloves all land in one bag you can grab when the trail goes soft. The flat rectangular shape stows under a drawer system or stacks in a cargo platform and pulls out as a single unit at the recovery point.
