The BROG IFAK Velcro Pouch 2.0 (Small) is a compact 8.5 x 6.5 x 3.5 in velcro-mount first-aid organizer in 500D Cordura nylon. This is the bag only. The tourniquet and all medical supplies are not included, so you build the kit to your own protocol instead of paying for filler you would toss anyway.
The 2.0 update adds a bottom shock cord that holds a windlass tourniquet (CAT or SOF-T) on the outside of the pouch. Tension is adjustable, so you can grab the tourniquet one-handed without opening the main compartment. A 6 x 8.5 in hook-velcro field on the front mates to any loop panel, so the pouch rides on a seatback panel, a MOLLE wall, or the inside of a larger med bag. Inside, a removable 8 x 7 x 2 in pouch mounts in or out depending on how you want to split supplies. The clam-shell opens flat so everything is in view at once.
