The shell is waterproof oxford nylon over an added insulation layer. That insulation slows heat soak into the cabinet, so the compressor cycles less when the fridge sits in sun or rides in a hot truck bed. The same fabric shields the fridge body from sand, scratches, dust, UV, rain, and snow. A hook design and a thermovent let you open the lid and reach both temperature zones without pulling the cover off, and the vent keeps airflow open on the compressor side.
There is a battery pocket, a divider pocket, and two organizer pockets built in, so the dual-zone battery and small gear ride on the fridge instead of loose in the rig. A zipper and hook-and-loop closure make it quick to fit, and it folds flat for storage when you don't need it.
