Do the pouches come with the panel?
No. The panel is the base only — pouches are sold separately. The full loop-Velcro face accepts any hook-backed pouch, ID panel, or morale patch, so you build the organizer with the pouches that fit your kit.
Will it fit my headrest?
It fits headrests 18 to 25 inches in circumference. The panel wraps the headrest front and back and cinches down with ITW 3-bar sliders and double-sided Velcro, so it works across a wide range of seat styles without any vehicle-specific mounting.
How does it attach — do I need tools?
No tools and no drilling. You slip it over the headrest post and tighten it with the sliders and Velcro closure. It mounts in a minute and comes off just as fast if you move it to another seat.
What can I stick to it?

Will my gear slide around or fall off while driving?

How do I clean it?
