The Ignik Gas Growler 3.8 Deluxe is a refillable propane kit for the camp kitchen: a 3.8 lb (0.9 gal) DOT-certified refillable tank, a 4 ft adapter hose, and a rugged carry case, sold together. The tank holds roughly four times the fuel of a single 16 oz disposable green bottle and refills at any standard propane filling station. It slots into the space between single-use 1 lb canisters and the 20 lb tank you leave at the trailer — portable enough to carry in a gear bag, large enough to run a camp stove or Ignik FireCan all weekend without a trip back to the gas station.
The tank is DOT 4BA/4BW/4E certified with a 12-year valve certification cycle. It ships factory-purged and empty; fill it before your first trip. Dimensions are approximately 8.3 in diameter by 10.2–11.8 in tall (measurement varies depending on case). Empty weight approximately 8 lb. The adapter hose is 4 ft (1.2 m) and connects to standard propane appliances via QCC1 fitting. The carry case adds protection during transport and storage.
