Deluxe Recovery Gear Bag
Deluxe Recovery Gear Bag
The Deluxe Recovery Gear Bag is a 22 x 16 x 8 in soft case built to hold a full vehicle recovery kit in one place. The oversized main compartment swallows the bulky stuff: kinetic rope, snatch block, tree saver, shackles, and gloves. A reinforced base panel runs along the bottom so the bag rides on rocks, gravel, and a muddy tailgate without wearing through.
Storage is split so steel and soft gear stay separated. There is a zippered top stash pocket, a zippered side pocket, and dual end slip pockets for the things you grab first: gloves, a hitch receiver, a tire plug kit. The main bay also takes up to six Overland Gear Guy Gear Pouches if you want to sub-divide it further (pouches sold separately). A Velcro patch zone on the outside accepts an ID tag so you can label the bag at a glance instead of unzipping to check.
This is the bag only. The recovery gear and Gear Pouches are sold separately. It is sewn in the USA and backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. Comes in 17 colors, from Black, Charcoal, and Coyote to three Crye and camo patterns.

Use cases
Most owners use it as a single home for their recovery kit so straps and shackles don't roll loose in the cargo area. Run the main bay open for one big load, or drop in Gear Pouches to keep heavy steel away from soft rope and gloves. The end slip pockets are handy for the items you reach for first, and the ID-tag zone makes it easy to keep a second identical bag for tools or air gear.

What fits in the Deluxe Recovery Gear Bag?
A full recovery kit. The 22 x 16 x 8 in main compartment is sized for a kinetic rope, snatch block or pulley, shackles, tree saver, and gloves, with zippered and slip pockets for smaller items. It also holds up to six Overland Gear Guy Gear Pouches if you want to sub-divide the space.
Does the recovery gear come with the bag?
No. This is the bag only. The recovery gear and the Gear Pouches are sold separately, so you can pack it with the kit you already run.
Is it really made in the USA?
Yes. It is sewn in the USA and backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty.
Will the bottom hold up to dragging it across rocks and gravel?
The base has a reinforced panel that guards against rocks, grime, and abrasion, so the bag can sit on the ground or a tailgate without wearing through the bottom first.
