Overview
The Rollercam Camguard is a hard snap-on cover for 1-inch straight-end Rollercam cam buckles. It shields the metal buckle body and keeps grit out of the cam mechanism without blocking the buckle's function.

What does the Camguard protect — the buckle or my gear?
Both. It caps the metal buckle so impact, abrasion, and grit stay off the cam mechanism, and it puts a hard barrier between the buckle body and whatever it rests against, like a painted panel, your gear, or the coiled strap in storage.
Which Rollercam buckles does it fit?
It is built for 1-inch Rollercam buckles with straight ends. It does not fit the 1.25-inch buckles or other end hardware.
Will the buckle still re-tension and release with the guard on?
Yes. The guard snaps over the buckle body and leaves the thumb release and roller free, so you still get the snug-down re-tension under load and the one-handed release a Rollercam is built for.
How do I install it?
Thread the strap through to the buckle, then snap the guard over the body. No tools, and it pops off the same way for cleaning.
How many come in a pack?
Two, enough to cover a pair of straps.
Does it stay put on rough roads?
It snaps over the buckle and is built for trail vibration and weather. Strap tension keeps the buckle and guard seated through the haul, and it pulls off by hand when you want it gone.
