How is the Market Tote different from the full-size tote?
It's the lighter, streamlined version. The outer pockets are gone and the handles run longer for shoulder carry, with a body closer to a brown-paper grocery bag. With no outer pockets it rolls flat to stash in a door pocket or another bag.
Is the X-Pac fabric waterproof?
The X-Pac panels have a waterproof film layer, so they shed rain and don't soak through. It's an open-top tote, though — water-resistant, not a sealed dry bag. Fine for a downpour run to the car, not for submersion.
Can I add pouches or patches?
Yes. There's a mil-spec loop panel for Velcro-backed patches or nametape, plus MOLLE-style loops on the front and body for clipping on extra pouches.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean with mild soap and water, then air-dry. Don't machine wash or machine dry — heat and tumbling can delaminate the X-Pac layers.
