The headliner is a 17,600 lb snatch strap with 20% genuine stretch — it stores energy as the recovery vehicle rolls forward, then springs the bogged rig free while easing the shock on both trucks. The strap suits a gross vehicle weight of roughly 5,800 to 8,800 lb, which covers most full-size trucks, SUVs, and overland tow rigs.
Around that strap, the kit fills in the rest of a real recovery: a 9,900 lb winch extension strap to reach farther, a 19,800 lb competition snatch block to redirect a winch line or double its pulling power, a 26,000 lb tree trunk protector so you can anchor to a tree without killing it, two 4.75-ton (19 mm) galvanized bow shackles to tie it all together, a recovery damper, and a pair of leather gloves. Every strap is color-coded so you grab the right one without untangling the pile.
It all lives in a 600gsm PVC bag (20 x 12 x 12 in) with named compartments, dedicated shackle holders, and a #10 zipper. The PVC shell wipes clean and keeps the mud and damp out, so the kit you packed dry is the kit you pull out next trip.
