The Rollercam 1-Inch Cam Strap, Hook End is a finished tie-down strap you use straight out of the bag. It's 1-inch high-tenacity polypropylene webbing with a coated steel S-hook on one end and the patented Rollercam buckle on the other. Drop the hook into a tie-down ring, anchor point, or rail slot, pull the tail through the buckle, and cinch it down one-handed. No knot, no ratchet, no extra parts to add.

The Rollercam buckle is the difference. Standard cam buckles pinch the webbing and call it done; this one lets you re-tension — snug it tighter by hand after the load settles in. It holds that tension without slipping under washboard and road vibration, so a load you set in the driveway is still tight at camp. When you're done, thumb the lever and the webbing glides free in one motion. The buckle body is corrosion-resistant Zamak 2 alloy, the roller is marine-grade brass, and the shaft and springs are stainless steel, so the whole strap lives outside without seizing up.

Rated for a 350 lb working load on the 1-inch webbing with a 3:1 safety factor (about 1,050 lb to break) — sized for gear, firewood, fridges, and recovery boards where you want fast on-and-off over a ratchet. Pick the strap that fits your load: lengths from 4 to 20 ft, in Graphite or Black, sold individually or in a 2-pack.

Overview

The Rollercam 1-Inch Cam Strap, Hook End is a complete cam tie-down strap with a coated steel S-hook for fast attachment to a tie-down ring, anchor point, or rail. Buy it in the length, color, and pack you need and put it to work right away — no assembly. The Rollercam buckle re-tensions by hand, holds without slipping, and releases one-handed.

Key features

  • Coated steel S-hook drops into a tie-down ring, anchor point, or rail slot for fast attachment — no knot to tie, no tail to thread back through.
  • Patented Rollercam buckle re-tensions so you can snug it tighter after the load settles, and holds without slipping under vibration.
  • One-handed operation — cinch it by hand (you can't over-crank it) and release in one motion with a thumb press.
  • 350 lb working load on 1-inch high-tenacity polypropylene webbing, 3:1 safety factor (about 1,050 lb to break).
  • Weatherproof build — Zamak 2 alloy buckle body, marine-grade brass roller, stainless steel shaft and springs; UV-inhibited webbing with triple bar-tack stitching.

Use cases

Overlanders use these for firewood and gear on a roof rack, camp fridges, jerry cans, and recovery boards — anything up to the 350 lb limit where fast on-and-off beats a ratchet. The cam holds tension dirt-to-highway with no re-checking. Choose a short length for tight loads on a rack and a longer one to reach across a truck bed; run a 2-pack when a load needs two points.
