The Velit Portable Air Heater is the same 14,000 BTU / 4,000W fuel heater as the Velit 4000W — same twin-cylinder combustion chamber, same barometric altitude compensation, same CO and flammable gas sensors — built into a crushproof, rainproof portable case with quick-connect ports for fuel and air. The magnetic air duct snaps on. The fuel line connects via a dry-break fitting. Waterproof aviation plugs handle electrical. You can break the whole setup down and pack it up without tools.

Available in gasoline or diesel. Three bundle options: Heater Only ($999), Heater + BYOC Kit ($1,039, adds a custom can cap with dry-break that works with Rotopax and most overland gas cans), or Heater + Detachable One-Gallon Fuel Can ($1,079, includes a compact can that attaches directly to the heater). Bluetooth thermostat with CO sensor included. Two-year limited warranty.

Overview

Portable 14,000 BTU fuel air heater in a crushproof, rainproof case. Runs on gasoline or diesel. Quick-connect fuel, air, and electrical. Same core heater as the Velit 4000W — built for mobility instead of permanent install.

Key features

  • Quick-connect design — fuel line dry breaks, magnetic air duct, waterproof aviation plugs for electrical; breaks down without tools
  • Crushproof rainproof case — built for overland and truck camping use; weather-sealed controller
  • 14,000 BTU / 4,000W — modulates 5,600–14,000 BTU; 20–40W running draw at 12V; 120W startup
  • Barometric altitude compensation — adjusts air-fuel ratio automatically; tested above 11,000 ft
  • Three fuel supply options — Heater Only, + BYOC Kit (works with Rotopax), or + Detachable 1-Gal Can

Use cases

Overlanding, truck camping, hunting camps, and any scenario where a permanently installed heater isn't practical. The BYOC kit is ideal for builds already running Rotopax or NATO jerry cans. The detachable 1-gal can is suited for shorter trips or uses where you want self-contained fuel supply.
