Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

1. Introduction & who we are

XGRiD Outfitters is the online gear store and partner company of XGRiD Campers, a curated off-road camper dealership with shops in Las Vegas, NV and Knoxville, TN. We sell outdoor and overland gear through our Shopify-powered store at xgridoutfitters.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our store, sign up for our email list, or place an order — and how we use, share, and protect that information. It applies to xgridoutfitters.com and our related online services.

The business operating this store is [Legal entity name], located at [Mailing address]. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@xgridoutfitters.com.

> One thing to know up front about how we ship. XGRiD Outfitters carries 600+ products, most of which ship directly from our supplier brands' own warehouses through Shopify Collective — not from a single XGRiD warehouse. Because of that, we share your name and shipping address with the supplier(s) who fulfill your order. See How we share information for the full picture.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

  • Email list signup. When you join our founding list, we collect your email address through Brevo, our email marketing provider.

  • At checkout. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, and other contact details, along with payment information needed to complete the purchase. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (see below) — we don't store full card numbers ourselves.

  • Account information. If you create an account, we collect the information you choose to save, such as your name, contact details, saved addresses, and order history.

  • Customer support. When you contact us, we collect the information in your message and any details you share so we can help you.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our store, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • Device and connection data — device type, browser, operating system, and IP address.

  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files and identifiers placed on your device (see Cookies & tracking technologies).

  • Usage and analytics data — pages viewed, links clicked, products viewed, time on site, referring site, and similar activity, collected through analytics and advertising tools.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

  • Fulfill and ship your orders, including routing order details to the supplier(s) who ship your items.

  • Process payments for your purchases.

  • Send transactional emails — order confirmations, shipping notifications, tracking, and service messages about your orders or account.

  • Send marketing email about new products, promotions, and the launch — only where you have given consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time (see Your marketing choices).

  • Measure and improve our store through analytics, and measure advertising performance.

  • Prevent fraud and keep our store and customers secure.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers and partners who help us run the store and fulfill your orders, and only as needed for those purposes:

  • Shopify Collective suppliers. Because most of our gear ships directly from the supplier brands' warehouses, we share your name and shipping address with the supplier(s) fulfilling your order so they can pick, pack, and ship it. An order containing items from more than one supplier may be split, so those details may go to more than one supplier and your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Some heavy or oversized gear ships by LTL freight.

  • Shopify. Our store platform and checkout run on Shopify, which processes order and account data on our behalf.

  • Payment processors. Shopify Payments and any other payment processors handle your payment information to complete transactions.

  • Brevo. Our email marketing provider, which manages the founding-list signups and our email sends.

  • Analytics and advertising providers. Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics), the Meta/Facebook pixel and Conversions API, and the Google Ads tag, which help us understand site usage and measure advertising.

  • Shipping carriers. The carriers (and freight carriers for LTL shipments) that deliver your order.

  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

These companies act as our service providers and are expected to use your information only to provide their services to us, not for their own unrelated purposes.

For anything related to returns, refunds, or warranties, see our Returns & Warranty page.

5. Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the store, remember your cart and preferences, analyze usage, and measure advertising. Some are necessary for the site to work (for example, checkout); others are used for analytics and advertising, including Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and Conversions API, and the Google Ads tag.

Consent banner. When you first visit, you'll see a cookie consent banner where you can accept or manage non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the banner or your browser settings.

How to opt out. You can:

  • Adjust or withdraw your cookie choices through our consent banner.

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings (note that some site features may not work without certain cookies).

  • Use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on and your Google and Meta ad settings to limit ads measurement.

6. Your marketing choices

We only send marketing email with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us at support@xgridoutfitters.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we'll still send transactional messages about your orders and account.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfill your orders, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. Retention periods may vary by the type of data and applicable legal requirements; see [BRACKET: jurisdiction-specific retention requirements].

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, which can include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correct inaccurate information.

  • Delete your information.

  • Opt out of marketing, and of certain uses of your information for advertising.

To make a request, email us at support@xgridoutfitters.com. We'll respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

The specific rights you have, and how they apply, depend on your location. [BRACKET: state-specific privacy rights and disclosures, e.g. California/CCPA]. [BRACKET: region-specific privacy rights and disclosures, e.g. EU/UK GDPR, including legal basis and any required contact details]. [BRACKET: any required appeal process or supervisory-authority contact].

9. Children's privacy

Our store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under [BRACKET: applicable minimum age, e.g. 13 or 16]. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@xgridoutfitters.com and we'll take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, and we rely on Shopify and our payment processors for secure checkout and payment handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and limit access to those who need it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the Effective date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Please review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.

12. How to contact us

For any questions or requests about this Privacy Policy or your personal information:

  • Email: support@xgridoutfitters.com

  • Mailing address: 6949 Speedway Blvd Ste 109, Las Vegas, NV 89115

This policy is governed by the laws of [BRACKET: governing-law state/jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Returns & Warranty

Last updated: July 1, 2026

We want you to get the right gear for your rig. If something isn't working out, here's exactly how returns and warranties work at XGRiD Outfitters — no fine-print games.

The short version

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return on most items.

  • Item has to come back unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and parts.

  • Contact us first to start a return — don't ship anything back on your own. We'll send you a prepaid return label and the correct address. (More on why below.)

  • No restocking fees, and returns ship back on us.

  • Defective or damaged on arrival? That's on us — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

  • To start any return, email support@xgridoutfitters.com or use the contact form with your order number.

Why we ask you to contact us first

XGRiD Outfitters carries gear from a lot of trusted overland brands, and those items ship straight from the brand's own warehouse to your door. That's how we keep the catalog this deep without marking everything up.

The trade-off: there's no single return address. A Jackery power station and a Kammok hammock come from two different places, and they go back to two different places. So every return needs a Return Authorization from us first — it tells you exactly where the item goes and makes sure you get credited. Items shipped back without one can get lost or refused, and we may not be able to refund them.

What can be returned

Most unused gear in original, resalable condition, within 30 days of delivery.

Items that generally can't be returned:

  • Used or installed gear (anything mounted, wired, aired-up, or run)

  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or hardware

  • Final-sale or clearance items (marked on the product page)

  • Special-order or custom-cut items (e.g. pre-cut straps, custom covers)

  • Gift cards

  • For health and safety, opened items that contact drinking water (e.g. hydration bladders, water containers)

  • If you're not sure whether your item qualifies, ask us before you buy or before you return — we'd rather tell you up front.

How a return works

  1. Email support@xgridoutfitters.com with your order number and what you'd like to return, and why.

  2. We send you a Return Authorization, a prepaid return label, and the return address for that item.

  3. Pack it up in the original packaging with the Return Authorization included.

  4. Ship it back using the label we sent — return shipping is on us.

  5. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund goes back to the original payment method. It typically lands within 5–10 business days.

  6. Restocking fee: None.

Damaged or defective items

If your gear shows up damaged, or it's defective out of the box:

  • Tell us within 7 days of delivery at support@xgridoutfitters.com.

  • Send a couple of photos of the item and the packaging — it speeds things up and helps us file the claim with the carrier or brand.

  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if the item needs to come back.

  • Please hang on to the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Manufacturer warranties

Most products we carry are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty — and many of these brands stand behind their gear for years. Warranty length and terms vary by brand and are listed on the product page where available.

If something fails under warranty after the return window:

  • Reach out to support@xgridoutfitters.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • We'll help you connect with the manufacturer and get the claim moving. In most cases warranty service (repair, replacement, or parts) is handled directly by the brand, and we'll stay in the loop to make sure you're taken care of.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as fast as you can at support@xgridoutfitters.com. Because items often ship directly from the brand, orders can move into fulfillment quickly. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel or change it. If it's already on the way, we'll walk you through a return.

Still have a question?

Email support@xgridoutfitters.com and a real person who knows the gear will get back to you. XGRiD Outfitters is a partner company of XGRiD Campers.

Shipping Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Thanks for shopping with XGRiD Outfitters, the online gear arm of XGRiD Campers. This page explains how your order gets to you: how long it takes to process, where we ship, how shipping is priced, and — importantly — why your order may show up in more than one package. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@xgridoutfitters.com.

For anything about returns, exchanges, or warranties, please see our Returns & Warranty page — this page only covers getting your gear to you.

How our shipping works (please read this)

Most of our 600+ products ship directly from the supplier brands' own warehouses, not from a single XGRiD Outfitters warehouse. This is sometimes called drop-shipping, and it lets us offer a wide, curated catalog of off-road and overland gear without markups for warehousing.

The practical result: if your order includes items from more than one supplier, those items ship separately. See the Multiple shipments section below — it's the most important part of this policy.

Order processing time

After you place an order, the supplier needs time to pick, pack, and hand it off to the carrier. Typical processing time is [1-3] business days, though it can vary by supplier, product, and order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Processing time is separate from transit time (how long the package spends with the carrier).

Where we ship

We currently ship to [the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) — confirm whether Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are included].

Some suppliers may have their own delivery limitations. If we can't ship a particular item to your address, we'll let you know and help you sort it out.

Shipping rates & methods

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart, the suppliers fulfilling them, your delivery address, and the carrier/service available. You'll see the total shipping cost before you pay.

[Free-shipping threshold — only if offered, e.g. "Orders over $[amount] ship free within [region]." Otherwise remove this line.]

Because items can ship from different warehouses, a single order may carry shipping from more than one supplier.

Multiple shipments

This is the part to know. Because your gear ships directly from multiple supplier warehouses around the country, an order with items from different suppliers will arrive as separate shipments. That means:

  • Your order may arrive in separate packages.

  • Those packages may arrive on different days.

  • Each shipment has its own tracking number.

  • You may receive multiple shipping-confirmation emails for one order — one per shipment as it leaves its warehouse.

This is normal and expected — it doesn't mean anything is missing or wrong. If part of your order hasn't arrived yet, the most likely reason is that it's shipping separately from another warehouse and is still in transit. You can always check the status of each shipment using its individual tracking link, or email us if something doesn't add up.

Estimated transit times

Once a shipment leaves the warehouse, delivery time depends on the supplier, the carrier, the service level, and your location. As a general guide:

  • Standard ground: approximately [2-7] business days

  • Freight / oversized items: approximately [5-10] business days (plus appointment scheduling — see below)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote addresses and items shipping from distant warehouses may take longer.

Oversized & freight items

Some heavy or oversized gear ships by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight rather than standard parcel carriers. Freight shipments work a little differently:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

  • Delivery may require someone present to receive and sign for the shipment.

  • Freight is typically curbside; please inspect the shipment on arrival.

If your order includes a freight item, plan for the delivery window and check for damage before signing. If anything looks damaged, note it with the driver if possible and contact us right away (see Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit).

PO boxes, APO/FPO, and military addresses

Many of our suppliers and freight carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, especially for oversized or freight items. We recommend using a physical street address. If you can only receive mail at a PO box or military address, contact us before ordering and we'll check whether the items in your cart can be delivered there.

Order tracking

When each shipment leaves its warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number for that shipment. Since orders can ship in multiple parts, you may receive more than one tracking email — one for each package. Use those links to follow your gear to your door.

Delays

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Carrier backlogs, severe weather, peak-season volume, and supplier backorders can all cause delays that are beyond our control. We'll do our best to keep you informed if we learn of a problem with your order, and you can always reach out for a status check.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If a shipment arrives damaged, never shows up, or appears to have been stolen after delivery, email us at support@xgridoutfitters.com with your order number and any photos. We'll work with you and the supplier or carrier to make it right.

Resolutions, replacements, and any returns related to a damaged item are handled under our Returns & Warranty page — please review it for the details and timelines.

International shipping

At this time we ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

A note on your shipping information

To deliver your order, we share the information needed for fulfillment — typically your name and shipping address — with the relevant Shopify Collective supplier(s) and shipping carriers handling your shipments. Our store, checkout, and order processing run on Shopify, and payments are handled through Shopify Payments and related payment processors. We also use email and analytics tools to send order and shipping notifications and to understand how our store is used. For the full picture of how we collect, use, and share your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Welcome to XGRiD Outfitters. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our online store, and any related services (together, the "Site"). Please read them carefully. They include important information about your rights, our obligations, how orders work, and the limits of our responsibility.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Site, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

These Terms work together with our other policies, including our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Returns & Warranty page. Where one of those pages covers a topic in detail, that page controls for that topic.

2. Who we are

The Site is operated by [Legal entity name] ("XGRiD Outfitters," "we," "us," or "our"). XGRiD Outfitters is the online gear store and partner company of XGRiD Campers, a curated off-road camper dealership with shops in Las Vegas, NV and Knoxville, TN.

You can reach us any time at support@xgridoutfitters.com.

Our registered business address is 6949 Speedway Blvd Ste 109, Las Vegas, NV 89115.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site and place an order, you must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (18 in most U.S. states) and able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

4. Accounts

You may be able to create an account to make checkout faster and to view your orders. If accounts are available:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

  • Please notify us at support@xgridoutfitters.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You can also check out as a guest where that option is offered. Whether or not you create an account, the rest of these Terms still apply to your orders.

5. Products and availability

Our catalog features 600+ products from outdoor and off-road gear brands we curate.

Most items are drop-shipped. The large majority of our products ship directly from the supplier brands' own warehouses through Shopify Collective, not from a single XGRiD warehouse. This matters in a few ways you should understand before ordering:

  • If your order includes items from more than one supplier, those items may ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days.

  • Some heavy or oversized gear ships by LTL freight, which can involve different timelines and delivery handling.

  • Availability and lead times depend on each supplier's stock and are not guaranteed.

For full delivery details, see our Shipping Policy.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications. We work to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, colors, or other content are always complete, current, or error-free. Images are for illustration and actual products may vary. Where a manufacturer updates a product, the supplier's current version controls.

We may limit, cancel, or refuse orders. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to limit order quantities, discontinue products, refuse service, or cancel an order (in whole or in part) — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a suspected error, or if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a refund for the cancelled items.

Pricing-error correction. Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be mispriced. If we discover that an item in your order was listed at an incorrect price, we may, before shipping, contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. We are not obligated to honor an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

6. Orders, pricing, payment, and taxes

Your order is an offer. When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart. No contract is formed until we accept your order. An order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; acceptance occurs when we (or the supplier) ship the item or otherwise confirm the order is being fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order as described in Section 5.

Pricing. All prices are shown in [Currency] unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions are subject to change. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at checkout when you place it, subject to the pricing-error correction right above.

Payment. Checkout and payment are handled through Shopify and its payment processors, including Shopify Payments. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us (and our processors) to charge the total order amount, including taxes and any shipping charges.

Taxes. We collect sales tax where we are required to do so, calculated based on your shipping destination and applicable law. The tax shown at checkout is an estimate that may be finalized at order processing. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees not collected at checkout where the law assigns them to you.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines, carriers, freight handling, and split-shipment details are covered on our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, the return window, prepaid return labels, and how manufacturer warranties are handled are covered on our Returns & Warranty page. Please review those pages for anything related to delivery, returns, or warranties — they control over any general statements here.

8. Privacy and data

How we collect, use, and share your information is described in our [Privacy Policy]. In short, to run the Site and fulfill your orders we rely on third-party services — including Shopify (our store platform and checkout), Shopify Payments and other payment processors, and our Shopify Collective supplier brands, who receive the name and shipping address needed to deliver your order. We also use analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads tags, and Brevo for email. For the full details of what we collect and your choices, please read our [Privacy Policy].

9. Intellectual property

Our content. The Site and its content — including the XGRiD Outfitters name and logo, page text, layout, graphics, original photography, and the selection and arrangement of products — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial shopping use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or otherwise exploit our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party brands. Product names, brand names, logos, trademarks, and product images belonging to the manufacturers and suppliers whose gear we sell are the property of their respective owners. We display them to identify and sell those products as an authorized retailer. Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use those marks, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of XGRiD Outfitters beyond our authorized-retailer relationship.

10. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, or use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Place orders using false, misleading, or stolen information, or someone else's payment method without authorization.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its security, or its servers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access, copy, or harvest content, pricing, or inventory data.

  • Resell our products in a way that violates a manufacturer's terms, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

  • Upload anything harmful (such as malware) or post content that is abusive, infringing, or unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content (including product information) is accurate or complete.

This disclaimer applies to the Site itself. It does not disclaim manufacturer warranties on the products we sell — those warranties are provided by the manufacturers and pass through to you as described on our Returns & Warranty page.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XGRiD Outfitters and its owners, employees, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XGRiD Outfitters and its owners, employees, suppliers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Governing-law state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

> [DRAFT — ATTORNEY REVIEW REQUIRED] The arbitration terms in this Section 14 are a starting-point template only. Binding arbitration and class-action waivers carry significant, state-specific enforceability requirements and must be reviewed — and the bracketed terms set — by your attorney before this page goes live. To be enforceable, these Terms should also be presented to customers with an affirmative "I agree to the Terms" checkbox at checkout and/or account creation (clickwrap), not merely linked in the footer.

14.1 Informal resolution first

Before starting arbitration, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by emailing support@xgridoutfitters.com with a description of the issue and your contact information. We'll try to do the same. If the dispute isn't resolved within [30] days, either party may begin arbitration.

14.2 Binding individual arbitration

Except for the matters carved out in Section 14.4, you and [Legal entity name] agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, under the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be administered by [Arbitration provider — e.g. the American Arbitration Association (AAA)] under its [applicable consumer arbitration rules], before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in [Venue — county and state], or, where the rules allow, by telephone, video, or written submissions. The arbitrator's award is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3 Class-action waiver

You and [Legal entity name] agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class or representative proceeding. [Attorney to specify what happens if this waiver is found unenforceable — e.g. severance, or that the arbitration agreement does not apply to that claim.]

14.4 Carve-outs (what arbitration does not cover)

Either party may: (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies; and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. [Add any other carve-outs your attorney recommends.]

14.5 30-day right to opt out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@xgridoutfitters.com within [30] days of first accepting these Terms (or your first purchase, whichever is earlier), stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out won't affect any other part of these Terms. [Attorney to confirm opt-out window and mechanics.]

14.6 Court jurisdiction for non-arbitrable matters

For any dispute not subject to arbitration (including small-claims matters and the carve-outs above), you and [Legal entity name] agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in [Venue / county and state], and consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the "Effective date" at the top. Material changes will take effect when posted (or on a later date if we say so). Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
