Overview
A 32-foot dimmable LED string light in red, running on 5V USB and putting out up to 350 lumens. Red light preserves night vision and attracts fewer insects than white, which makes it the practical choice for after-dark camp lighting.
Key features
- 32 ft strand — enough to ring an awning and a rooftop tent off one run
- Up to 350 lumens with an in-line dimmer for a low glow to full bright
- 5V USB-A power: runs off a power bank, dual-battery USB port, or 12V-USB adapter
- Red colorway preserves night vision and draws fewer bugs than white
- Weather-resistant for dew and light rain; low enough draw to leave on overnight
Use cases
Most buyers string these along awning arms, roof racks, and RTT poles for ambient camp lighting. The red version is favored for keeping night vision intact and cutting down on bugs swarming the light, which makes it useful for late-night camp without the white-light bug cloud.

What do I plug these into?
Any 5V USB-A source. A power bank, a dual-battery USB port, or a 12V-to-USB adapter all work. No battery or power brick is included, so plan to power them off the kit you already carry.
Are they dimmable?
Yes. The in-line dimmer on the cable runs from a faint glow up to the full 350 lumens, so you can set tent light low and camp light bright.
Why pick red instead of white?
Red light keeps your eyes adjusted to the dark and attracts far fewer insects than white. It is not a bug repellent, but the difference at camp is real. White and warm-white versions are available if you want general task light instead.
Can I leave them out in the rain?
They are weather-resistant and handle dew and light rain. There is no published IP rating, so don't submerge them or leave them sitting in standing water.
How do I hang 32 feet of light?
Drape the strand along awning arms, a roof rack, RTT poles, or a tree branch and secure it with zip ties or wire ties. One 32 ft run covers an awning and a rooftop tent with length to spare.
Will they drain my battery overnight?
Draw is low. On a dual-battery setup or a decent power bank you can run them all night without watching your amp-hours, especially with the dimmer turned down.
