What is the Thor's Lightning TotalControl Digital Air Manifold?
The Thor's Lightning TotalControl Air Manifold allows for ANY air compressor equipped with a pressure switch to be outfitted with our TotalControl technology- which means you can set a target pressure for both inflation and deflation and the TotalControl technology will shut off the air. No more babysitting your air source while your tires are deflated to trail pressure or inflated to trail pressure. What can you be doing instead? Getting your rig ready for the trail or the street, chatting with friends and family, or chowing down on food and drink- it's really up to you!
How does the TotalControl Digital Air Manifold work?
It's really simple- connect any number of tires you want via the two quick-disconnect fittings on either side of the TotalControl Air Manifold. Then, turn the unit on using the power switch and select the target pressure using the up and down arrows. From there, you can either open the air valve for deflation, or turn on your air compressor for inflation. The TotalControl Air Manifold will close the valve when the target pressure is reached!
What air compressors is the TotalControl Digital Air Manifold compatible with?
We couldn't possibly list them all because there are so many. ANY compressor equipped with a pressure switch can be paired with the TotalControl Air Manifold for inflation. The TotalControl Air Manifold will shut off the air flow when the target tire pressure is reached, which will trigger the pressure switch on the air compressor to shut the air compressor off.

Of course! Just attach your Thor's Lightning AirFlex hoses to the TotalControl Air Manifold using the quick disconnect fittings, and you are all set for inflation and deflation of multiple tires at once.

Overview
The TotalControl Hammer Manifold is Thor's Lightning's electronic version of their Hammer air manifold. It adds digital auto-shutoff to the same multi-port body, so you set a target PSI once and it deflates or inflates your tires to that number hands-free.

Do I still need an air compressor?
For deflation, no. Open the valve and the manifold bleeds your tires down to the set PSI, then closes. For inflation you supply your own compressor; any unit with a pressure switch works, and the manifold tells it when to stop.
How many tires can it handle at once?
Connect multiple tires through the two quick-disconnect ports. It equalizes every tire on the manifold to your target, so a typical four-hose setup airs all four at the same time.
Will my existing hoses and compressor work with it?
It uses female industrial-Milton (I/M) quick-disconnects, the most common air fitting. Thor's Lightning AirFlex hoses snap right in, and so does any standard I/M air line. For inflation, your compressor needs a pressure switch for the auto-shutoff to work.
How does it shut the compressor off?
When the tires reach your set PSI, the manifold closes its valve. Pressure then builds against your compressor's pressure switch and the switch cuts the compressor. A compressor without a pressure switch will keep running, so the auto-shutoff applies to switched pumps only.
How is it powered and charged?
An onboard 15.4V lithium battery runs the electronics. Charge it through the USB-C port, which can also power the unit if the battery runs low.
