Rhino-Rack Eye Bolts With Zwifloc - 4 Pack
Rhino-Rack Eye Bolts With Zwifloc - 4 Pack
The Eye Bolts with Zwifloc (4 Pack) add four steel tie-down anchors to your roof rack, each rated to a 75 kg (165 lb) working load. The trick is the patented Zwifloc channel nut: it drops straight into the rack channel from above and twists to lock, so you can add, move, or pull an eye bolt anywhere along the rail without sliding it past the end-caps or pulling off other accessories. Each bolt stands 37 mm (1.5 in) tall and finishes in black.
That drop-in design is the difference between rebuilding your load plan and just adding an anchor where you need one. Hauling recovery boards one weekend and a pair of kayaks the next? Re-anchor your straps in seconds instead of tearing down the rack. Just remember the 75 kg per-bolt rating is bounded by your rack's own load limit, so spread heavy loads across multiple points.
The kit fits a wide spread of Rhino-Rack hardware: Pioneer Platform, Pioneer Elevation, Pioneer Tradie, and Pioneer Tray, plus the Reconn-Deck and Reconn Platform. Vortex bars are covered too — Zwifloc nuts won't seat in a Vortex channel, so the kit ships Vortex-specific channel nuts for those bars. In the box: four eye bolts, four Zwifloc channel nuts, the Vortex-specific nuts, and extra hardware.

Overview
A four-pack of steel eye bolts with Rhino-Rack's patented Zwifloc drop-in channel nuts. Each anchor is rated to 75 kg (165 lb) and can be repositioned anywhere along the rack channel without disturbing other accessories.
Key features
- Zwifloc drop-in nut — twists into the channel from above; add, move, or remove anchors anywhere on the rail without sliding past the end-caps.
- 75 kg (165 lb) working load per eye bolt.
- Steel construction, black finish, 37 mm (1.5 in) tall.
- Broad compatibility — Pioneer Platform, Elevation, Tradie, and Tray, plus Reconn-Deck and Reconn Platform.
- Vortex-ready — includes Vortex-specific channel nuts since Zwifloc nuts don't fit Vortex bars.

Will these fit my Vortex crossbars, or only Pioneer platforms?
Both. The standard Zwifloc channel nut drops into Pioneer Platform, Elevation, Tradie, and Tray channels, plus the Reconn-Deck and Reconn Platform. Zwifloc nuts will not seat in Vortex bars, so the kit also includes Vortex-specific channel nuts for those.
How much weight can each eye bolt hold?
Each eye bolt is rated to a 75 kg (165 lb) working load. That per-bolt rating is still bounded by your rack's overall load limit, so spread heavier loads across multiple anchor points.
Do I have to remove other accessories to add these?
No. The Zwifloc nut twists into the channel from above, so you can add, reposition, or remove an eye bolt anywhere on the rail without sliding off the end-caps or disturbing gear that's already mounted.
Do I need tools to install them?
Install is twist-in, twist-out: drop the nut into the channel and turn the eye bolt down to lock it. A wrench to snug it fully tight is the only tool you might reach for.
What's in the box?
Four eye bolts, four patented Zwifloc channel nuts, the Vortex-specific channel nuts, and extra hardware.
