This pack includes one pair of quick-release Bodies (with locks fitted) so that your roof rack accessory can be securely locked to a garage wall when not in use. This allows for easy changeover from awning to conduit tube and back to awning � each in less than 10 seconds.
The XD Lockable Wall Mount (pat. pending) will only work with our entire XD Hitch range.
NOTE: If you already have one of our existing XD Hitches on your vehicle, we can match your key and lock combination when you place your order.

Use cases
Most buyers use the pair to clear a heavy awning off the roof between trips so the rig runs quieter and burns less fuel during the week, then re-mount it for the weekend in seconds. The lock means the awning lives secured on the garage wall instead of sliding around a shed corner. It also frees the roof rack to carry a different XD accessory while the awning is parked.

What comes in the pack?
One pair of quick-release XD bodies with the locks already fitted, plus keys. You mount the two bodies to your garage or shed wall; they then accept the accessory off your roof rack.
Will this work with my roof rack or awning?
Only if your accessory is mounted on the RacksBrax XD Hitch range. The bodies are made to take XD Hitches and nothing else — this is not a universal storage bracket. Confirm your awning or conduit tube is on XD Hitches before ordering.
How fast is the changeover?
Under 10 seconds each way. Lift the accessory off the roof, drop it onto the wall bodies, and lock it. Reverse the steps to put it back on the vehicle.
Can the locks match keys I already have?
If you already run XD Hitches, the supplier can key-match the wall-mount locks to your existing combination. This is arranged at order time, so add a note to your order requesting the match.
How should I maintain the locks?
The bodies live in a garage or shed, so the lock cylinders see dust and humidity over time. A periodic shot of dry lube in the cylinders keeps the keys turning freely — standard padlock care, nothing special.
