Tree-friendly design
The variable width design offsets the pressure placed on trees by widening at the end of each strap. The hammock strap's secure suspension keeps them from slipping and rubbing the bark unnecessarily.

Do these come with carabiners?
No. You get two straps and a stuff sack. They hang on whatever hardware your hammock already uses, carabiners or toggles, so bring your own.
Will the 300 lb rating hold two people?
The set is rated to 300 lb total. That covers one adult plus a kid lounging together. For two adults, stay under the rating.
Do they stretch or sag once I'm in the hammock?
Not much. SpiraLine webbing barely creeps under load, so the hang height you set holds after you climb in instead of dropping on you.
Are they safe for the trees?
Yes. Each strap widens at the tree end to spread your weight across the bark instead of cutting into it. The wider contact also keeps the strap from sliding down the trunk.
Are these durable enough for everyday use?
They are built for fast-and-light trips, not daily backyard abuse. The SpiraLine fiber is the strength backstop, but the thinner webbing trades some abrasion margin for the weight savings. For heavy everyday use, the standard Python 10 is the better fit.
