Nacho Grande Supreme 100
Nacho Grande Supreme 100
The Grande Supreme 100 is designed for high-visibility race applications or those who really like to show off bright lights. This 140-watt light, powered by a copper circuit board, is engineered to maximize visibility for higher-speed races. With a mix of spot and flood optics, along with the ability to program your light, it can meet any racing need.
- Copper Circuit Board: This is the most efficient way to maximize power and cooling in the Grande Supreme. Paired with thermal management software, NACHO's copper circuit boards add another layer of extreme performance and confidence, separating NACHO from the competition.
- Grande_s Outer Body _ NACHO_s signature polycarbonate exoskeleton offers forced air induction, light engine protection, customization, and is replaceable. The housing channels air through the front and exhausts it out the back for optimal cooling. If you_re hard on equipment, you can replace the housing anytime or remove and paint it for a custom touch.
- 2-N-1 Secured Grip Light Mount: This universal mount system allows you to surface mount your Grande on any tab or direct-mount it to any 1.5-inch tube.
- NACHO_s Output Control Module is user-controlled, allowing you to program multiple output settings. Customize your light with high-intensity spots or low-intensity area lighting, depending on your off-road needs.
- Sorcery Wand, also known as Magnet on a Stick, works with the Output Control Module. The Tip 2 Chip method allows you to configure light output by tapping the chip icon with the provided wand, selecting up to three modes. You can change modes anytime.
- Constant Power simplifies installation by incorporating relays into the lights, allowing lower-power switches to high-power lights without concern. This reduces installation costs and unnecessary harnessing.
- Surface Mount Bracket is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and finished with a polyester UV-protected black powder coat, designed for surface or tube mounting.
- Covers are engineered to fit the light housing, made from high-strength polycarbonate to withstand heavy impact. The Grande comes with an amber-branded NACHO cover and a solid black ARB-branded cover. Other cover options are smoke, clear, black, and amber.
- Hardware is chrome-plated stainless steel, designed to prevent corrosion and galling. All hardware is provided for mounting your light on a surface or tube.
- IP68 Waterproof & Dustproof: This rating ensures the light can withstand harsh off-road conditions, protecting against dust ingress and water submersion.
- J575 Vibration Rated indicates the Grande can withstand the toughest vibrations, ensuring exceptional durability and performance on punishing trails.
- Lifetime Warranty: If there's a manufacturing error, contact NACHO for assistance. They stand behind their products.

Overview
The Nacho Grande Supreme 100 is the highest-output fixture in the Grande line: a 6.75-in round combo LED rated at 10,696 effective lumens from a 140-watt copper-board engine. It is built for high-speed off-road visibility but programs down to a camp-friendly area light.
Key features
- 140 W output: 10,696 effective lumens, 12,201 raw, 365,713 peak candela
- Combo optic: spot, flood, and area light in one fixture
- Tip 2 Chip programming: load 3 of 8 modes with the Sorcery Wand magnet
- Copper circuit board + thermal-management software holds full output under heat
- IP68 sealed, J575 vibration rated, replaceable polycarbonate exoskeleton
- 2-N-1 mount: surface mount to a tab or direct mount to a 1.5-in tube
Use cases
Built for high-speed desert and race visibility where you need long spot reach and wide flood at the same time. The programmable area mode makes it just as useful as overland aux lighting on a roof rack or bumper, then a work light back at camp.

How bright is the Grande Supreme 100, and what beam does it throw?
It puts out 10,696 effective lumens (12,201 raw) and 365,713 peak candela from a 140 W engine. The optic is a combo, so it throws a long spot, a wide flood, and an area pattern all from one fixture.
How do I change the beam modes?
Use the Tip 2 Chip method: tap the chip icon on the light with the included Sorcery Wand magnet to cycle modes. There are 8 modes total and you program your 3 favorites onto the light.
Is the wiring complicated for a 140 W light?
Less than you would expect. Constant Power builds the relay into the light, so a low-amp switch can drive it without a heavy harness. It pulls about 10 A at 14V, so size the supply circuit for that draw.
What size is it and how does it mount?
It is a 6.75-in round light. The 2-N-1 mount surface-mounts to any tab, or you remove the bracket and direct-mount to any 1.5-in tube.
Will it hold up to weather and trail vibration?
Yes. It is IP68 sealed against dust and water submersion and J575 vibration rated. The polycarbonate exoskeleton is replaceable, so if you beat it up off-road you can swap the housing instead of the whole light.
Which covers come with it?
It ships with two covers: an amber NACHO cover and a solid black ARB cover. Smoke, clear, black, and amber covers are sold separately if you want to swap the look.
