MOLLE Side Pod (MSP)
MOLLE Side Pod (MSP)
The TRUKD MOLLE Side Pod (MSP) is a 3/16" aluminum side-mounting pod for TRUKD 24.5" bed racks. It bolts to the side of the rack and turns that previously unused vertical space into a dedicated gear mounting surface — covered in TRUKD's hole pattern on every face, so you can mount gear inside the pod, on its exterior, or at the front and rear ends.
Designed to fit Milwaukee Packout boxes, Pelican TX50 and TX80 cases, and standard jerry cans. Front and rear panel positions work for fire extinguishers and medical kits within reach without digging through the main load. Available in 52" length for 5 ft beds ($574) and 64" length for 6 ft beds ($624). Currently available for 24.5" rack height — contact TRUKD for 18.5" rack availability. Available to preorder now. 3/16" aluminum, textured black powder coat. Made in Pittsburgh, PA. Includes: 1× MSP, 1× hardware pack.

Is this actually available or still on pre-order?

What rack heights does this fit?
Currently designed for the TRUKD 24.5" rack height. TRUKD notes that 18.5" rack fitment is available on request — contact them directly if you're running an 18.5" rack. It is not listed as compatible with 6.5" or 12.5" rack heights.
Which specific Pelican and Packout boxes fit?
TRUKD confirms Pelican TX50 and TX80 cases and Milwaukee Packout boxes. Other Packout or Pelican sizes may or may not fit the pod cavity — confirm dimensions with TRUKD before ordering if you have a specific case in mind.
Is the hole pattern actual MOLLE webbing, or just a bolt-pattern plate?
TRUKD's MSP uses their standard panel hole pattern — the same alternating holes used on the V2 accessory panels. It's a rigid aluminum plate with punched holes, not fabric MOLLE webbing. Gear mounts using ¼-20 hardware, wide-washer clamps, or TRUKD-compatible brackets. Traditional soft MOLLE pouches with plastic snap hooks will not attach directly.
Does the 52" pod fit a 5 ft bed specifically, or can it work on a longer bed?
The 52" pod is sized for 5 ft beds and the 64" pod for 6 ft beds. The pod spans from one upright to the other, so the length must match your rack's crossbar span, which is set by your bed length.
Does it mount to the uprights or the accessory panel?
The MSP bolts directly to the rack uprights on the side of the rack. It is a separate attachment from the accessory panel system, not a panel replacement.
