EZ FLATE Hyperflex 4-Way Hose Kit with Air Command
EZ FLATE Hyperflex 4-Way Hose Kit with Air Command
The EZ FLATE Hyperflex 4-Way Hose Kit with Air Command is a four-tire hose and digital manifold setup that airs down and airs back up all four tires at once. Run a line to each corner, set your target PSI on the Air Command touchscreen, and walk away. The manifold pauses airflow to read pressure, equalizes every tire to the same number, beeps when it gets there, and stops on its own. No tire gauge per corner, no guessing.
It moves air both directions on the same hardware. Set a low number to air down at the trailhead, set your highway PSI to air back up on the way out. The Air Command runs on a USB-C rechargeable battery and remembers your last inflate and deflate settings, so repeat trips are one tap apart. Lines are EZ FLATE's Hyperflex hybrid-polymer hose, rated to 300 PSI from -40 to 175 degrees F, and they will not kink or hold coil memory.
The kit reaches vehicles up to a 160-inch wheelbase, with field-repairable fittings you can trim to fit. Rapid Locking Air Chucks snap onto Schrader valves and come with caps to keep grit out. Velcro straps keep the lines off the ground and the coils tidy in the included bag. A compressor is not included, so pair it with any 12V compressor that has an automatic pressure cutoff. Backed by a 3-year warranty.

Overview
A four-tire hose kit paired with the Air Command digital manifold. It airs down and airs back up all four tires at once, equalizes them to a target PSI you set, and shuts off on its own.
Key features
- Inflates and deflates all four tires at the same time from one set point
- Air Command touchscreen: set target PSI, it equalizes every tire and beeps + stops at the number
- USB-C rechargeable Air Command with memory for your last inflate/deflate settings
- Hyperflex hybrid-polymer hose, rated 300 PSI, -40 to 175 degrees F, no kink or coil memory
- Reaches up to a 160-inch wheelbase; field-repairable Rapid Locking Air Chucks for Schrader valves
Use cases
Built for overlanders and off-roaders who change tire pressure on every trip. Air down all four at the trailhead in one shot, then air back up before pavement without a gauge at each corner. Pairs with any 12V compressor that has an automatic pressure cutoff.

Does this kit include a compressor?
No. This is a hose plus Air Command manifold kit. You supply a 12V air compressor with an automatic pressure cutoff. EZ FLATE compressors plug straight in; other compressors may need an adapter.
Will it reach all four tires on my truck?
It reaches vehicles up to a 160-inch wheelbase. The lines are field-repairable, so you can trim the fittings to dial in the fit on your rig.
Does it air down too, or just air up?
Both, on the same hardware. Set a low number to air down at the trailhead, then set your highway PSI to air back up. The auto-stop works the same in both directions.
How does Air Command know when to stop?
You set a target PSI on the touchscreen. Air Command pauses airflow to check pressure, equalizes all four tires, beeps when it reaches your number, and stops.
Will the hose kink or crack in the cold?
The Hyperflex hybrid-polymer line is rated -40 to 175 degrees F and will not hold coil memory. Store the manifold valve in the OPEN position to bleed residual air, and cap the air chucks to keep grit out of the locking collars.
