How many people fit, and will a camp table fit too?
The G5 gives you 60 square feet of floor with an 85-inch peak. That's room for four people plus a camp table without bumping elbows.
Does it come with a floor?
No — the bottom is open by design so you can set it over uneven ground or a picnic table. A fitted footprint that closes off the floor is sold separately.
How well does it hold up in wind?
Stake all five corners and run the included guy lines and it holds its shape in steady wind. The mesh catches a breeze like a sail, so don't leave it un-staked. For gusty sites, optional wind panels close off the lower walls for more stability.
Will it keep the rain out?
The 210D Oxford polyester roof is waterproof-coated and sheds passing showers. In heavy, prolonged rain some owners apply seam sealer where the roof meets the side panels for extra insurance.
How long does setup really take?
Under 60 seconds once you know the motion: pull the five sides out, then push the center hub up from inside. One person can do it solo.
