Dual Propane Bottle Pouch
Dual Propane Bottle Pouch
The Dual Propane Bottle Pouch is a padded 1000D Cordura organizer that holds two 1-lb propane bottles and stops them rattling around your rig. It measures 8.5 x 7.5 x 4 inches, and an interior fold-down flap lets you reconfigure the inside: run two 1-lb bottles, or swap to a mix of smaller 8-oz isobutane canisters for a Jetboil-style stove.
Double-lined pockets keep each bottle snug, so the only fuel you hear on the trail is the one you light. The pouch is grab-handle friendly for tossing into a drawer or slide kitchen, and a shoulder strap is available as an add-on if you want to sling it. There is no MOLLE or PALS backing on this model — it is the soft pouch, so reach for the MOLLE variant if you need to lace it onto webbing.
Overland Gear Guy hand-sews these in Utah and backs them with a lifetime workmanship warranty. Colors range from blackout to high-vis lime, plus Crye and Woodland camo patterns at a small premium.

What bottle sizes and combinations does it hold?
Two main layouts: two 1-lb propane bottles, or smaller 8-oz isobutane canisters for a Jetboil-style stove. The interior fold-down flap is what lets you switch between them and snug up the smaller canisters.
Is it really made in the USA?
Yes. Overland Gear Guy hand-sews these in Utah and backs them with a lifetime workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.
Does it come with a shoulder strap?
Not by default. The shoulder strap is a paid add-on option at checkout. Without it, the pouch carries by its grab handle and stows flat in a drawer or bin.
Will it stop the bottles from rattling in my rig?
That is the point. The double-lined pockets hold each bottle snug so they stop clanking against each other and your other gear on rough roads.
Does it have MOLLE or PALS webbing?
No. This is the soft pouch with no webbing backing. If you need to lace fuel onto MOLLE, Overland Gear Guy makes a separate MOLLE propane pouch.
How do I clean it?
The 1000D Cordura wipes down easily. Spot-clean with mild soap and water and air-dry. Skip the machine dryer.
Is it a fireproof or pressure-rated case?
No. It is a fabric organizer for carrying and quieting your bottles, not a safety enclosure. Store fuel away from heat and direct sun the same as you would any propane.
