The Crosswing Vertical Bracket is a pair of hardened powder-coated steel mounts that lets the Kammok Crosswing car awning hang off a vertical surface instead of a horizontal roof rack. Each bracket bolts to a vertical T-slot rail with T-track square nuts, or to any weight-bearing wall with M8 (5/16") bolts. Stainless hardware is included, and you pick one of three deployment angles at install time to set how high the awning sits.

This is the mount you reach for when the awning's home isn't your roof — the side of a platform rack, a camper or van wall, the flank of an RV, or a fixed patio post. Pair the bracket with the Crosswing's Talon Mounts and it clamps to vertical bars too, like the side rails on a utility truck. Either way the quick-attach design keeps it a one-person job: install the brackets once, then hook the awning on and off without tools.

It's an accessory, not a kit with the awning included. You'll need a Crosswing already on the rig. The brackets are sold as a pair with the stainless hardware to mount both ends.

Overview

The Crosswing Vertical Bracket is a steel mounting pair that attaches the Kammok Crosswing awning to vertical surfaces via T-slot rails or M8 bolts. Sold as a pair with stainless hardware; the Crosswing awning is sold separately.

Key features

  • Hardened powder-coated steel brackets with stainless steel hardware included
  • Mounts to vertical T-slot systems or any weight-bearing wall using M8 (5/16") bolts
  • Three deployment angles selectable at install to set awning height
  • Pairs with Crosswing Talon Mounts to clamp onto vertical bars (e.g. utility-truck racks)
  • Quick-attach design — install once, then hook the awning on or off without tools

Use cases

Buyers run the vertical bracket on the side of a platform rack, a camper or van wall, or the flank of an RV to keep the awning off the roofline. Mounted to a fixed patio post it turns the Crosswing into permanent shade. Add a second pair of Talon Mounts and the same awning swaps between two vehicles in seconds.
