The Kammok Crosswing is a rigid X-Frame vehicle awning that deploys off the side of your rig in under 30 seconds, by one person, with no support legs and no storage bag to wrestle. Unlock the end-cap lever, pull the two leading-edge loops, and the cantilevered aluminum arms lock at one of three stops — 35.5, 58.5, or 77.5 inches out. Crank the side ratchet to tension the canopy and you have shade. The 5 ft model covers 32.5 sq ft (60 in wide); the 7 ft covers 42 sq ft (84 in wide). Both reach 78 in out at full extension.
The frame is 6061 aluminum with stainless steel internal hardware, so the moving parts don't rust. The canopy is VeloX 600D PVC-coated polyester — UV and mold resistant, waterproof, and field-replaceable when it fades or wears. The bagless housing means there's nothing to unzip or stuff; the awning lives folded inside its own aluminum case until you pull it out. The X-Frame is rated for winds up to 25 mph; pack it up above that or in heavy snow.
Every Crosswing ships with a Talon Mount Kit that clamps to aero bars, round bars, and t-slot crossbars up to 1.5 in diameter, needing roughly a 40 in span and 4 in of clearance. A t-slot rail runs the full length of the aluminum body for adding accessories. Install takes a 5mm and an 8mm hex wrench. Choose 5 ft or 7 ft in Charcoal Gray or Desert Tan.
