Why isn't there a nutrition panel on this page?
HFM Farm hasn't published one for this product and the listing photos don't include the back label, so we'd rather leave it blank than estimate. We've asked them for it. For reference, their other chicken jerkies run 16-18 g of protein per ounce, but we can't tell you this one's numbers yet.
Does it work for keto or carnivore diets?
Yes. With no sugar and no marinade there are no hidden carbohydrates, and nothing in it falls outside a carnivore or keto plan.
Is this the only chicken jerky without MSG?
Yes. The Buffalo, Spicy Teriyaki, and Southern Teriyaki chicken flavors all list MSG. Carnivore Chicken and Carnivore Beef are the two exceptions across the whole line.
How does it taste compared to the flavored chicken jerky?
Much plainer, deliberately. The other three get most of their character from the sauce. This one is chicken and salt — good on its own if that's what you want, and better than the others for cooking with.
