Key features
- 90" W × 98" L footprint, 61 sq ft covered floor, height adjustable 72–75"
- Hex ripstop fabric with Light Suppression Technology (LST) to block daylight and cut interior heat
- Full zip-out floor — sealed room with it in, vehicle access with it out
- Front, side, and rear doors plus fine-mesh windows for ventilation and insect protection
- Attaches with hook-and-loop ceiling straps and clips to the awning's vertical poles
Use cases
Buyers run it as an enclosed sleep room, a bug-proof hangout, a gear-dry room, or a pet and kid space off the vehicle. The rear door lets you mate the room directly to a tailgate or trailer door for a sealed mudroom.

Which awning does the 90x98 room fit?
It is sized for the 23Zero Bushman 90 (straight-pull rectangular) awning. The 90x98 room matches the 90" awning footprint. If you run the 78" awning, get the 78x98 room instead.
Can I use the room on its own, without an awning?
No. The room has no freestanding frame — it hangs from the awning ceiling and clips to the awning's vertical poles. The Bushman 90 awning is the structure that holds it up.
Does it keep bugs out?
Yes. The side windows and doors use fine mesh, and the full zip-out floor seals the ground, so a fully zipped room keeps insects out top to bottom.
Can I remove the floor?
Yes — the floor zips out completely. Leave it in for a sealed, bug-proof room; drop it when you want direct vehicle access or an easier sweep-out and cleaning.
How does it hold up in wind and rain?
The walls block weather, but the stability comes from the awning. Stake and guy out the Bushman 90 awning before weather rolls in. Let the room dry before you pack it — the LST fabric handles being wet, but storing it damp invites mildew.
