Since then, this utility-focused, dependable, everyday bag has been adopted by everyone; from thru-hikers to special forces. We won't argue with those two groups when it comes to carrying gear. We've dubbed our version the Bum Bag!

When you need to keep gear at hand, maintain some organization, and avoid overburdening your pockets, you can turn to the Bum Bag. It's sized for today's humongous smartphones, a wallet filled with stacks of cash, and all of the other small things that keep us moving — whether on the trail or in town. With our optional Velcro 'Elastic Keeper' internal organizer and micro First-Aid Wallet, you can add some additional organization to your everyday carry.

    Overview

    The BROG Bum Bag is a compact 1000D Cordura waist pack and cross-body sling for everyday carry. The body is 7" x 5" x 2" — sized for a phone, wallet, keys, and small EDC items, and lighter than the larger XL.

    • 1000D Cordura body with a laser-cut, double-layer Cordura (Squadron) MOLLE front panel
    • Double YKK zippers on the main compartment
    • Mil-spec 1" webbing with a genuine ITW buckle and 3-bar slider belt
    • Sliding belt wears at the waist (front or back) or cross-body as a sling
    • High-vis orange interior; outer loop panel for patches; inner Velcro for optional organizers (sold separately)

    Use cases

    Wear it cross-body for hands-free everyday carry in town or on the trail, slide it to your back when you're moving, and build out the front MOLLE panel and inner Velcro for fishing or light outdoor kit.
