The down is treated with bluesign® approved, durable water repellent (DWR) finish, free from all PFCs. Downtek™ absorbs 30% less water and dries 60% faster than untreated down, retaining more loft and keeping you warmer after exposure to moisture.
Atmos X™ 20D fabric
Our Atmos X™ 20D ripstop nylon fabric is stronger, lighter, and more abrasion-resistant. Treated with a water repellent DWR finish for an extra layer of protection against tent condensation or coffee spills. It's buttery soft to cozy up on cool nights.

How cold can the Bobcat 45 actually handle?
It is rated to 45°F (7°C), and that rating is honest. A cold sleeper at exactly 45°F will want a layer. Pair it with a sleeping pad rated R 2.0 or higher and you can push the comfortable floor down toward 35-40°F. Below that, reach for a warmer bag or quilt.
Will it fit a tall person?
Yes. The quilt is 83.5 in (about 7 ft) long. In testing a 6'10" user covered fine as a top quilt with a little room to spare, so most heights are well inside its range.
How does the hammock underquilt conversion work?
It comes with a conversion kit of extender shock cords and clips. Snaps along the quilt attach to the gear loops on Kammok Roo hammocks and hammock tents, and the extenders adapt it to longer hammocks. Reviewers describe the swap as quick and easy.
Is the down water-resistant?
The 600 FP duck down is treated with DownTek, which absorbs 30% less water and dries 60% faster than untreated down, and the 20D shell carries a DWR finish. That sheds condensation and spills, but it is water-resistant, not waterproof. Keep the quilt dry in sustained rain.
