Will it jump-start a diesel, or only gas engines?
Both. The 1800A peak is rated to start any gas engine and up to a heavy-duty diesel truck. Diesel capability is the main reason to step up to the Pro.
How does it know when to stop inflating?
Set your target PSI and the Auto Air compressor shuts off by itself when the tire reaches it. You don't have to watch the gauge.
Can it air up a full-size truck or off-road tire?
Yes, it handles car and off-road tires and fills a standard car tire in under 5 minutes at 1.6 CFM. It's an emergency and top-off tool, though, not a dedicated high-volume off-road compressor, so a large tire from fully flat will take a while.
What connectors come in the box for jumping?
It includes 12V alligator clamps for car and truck batteries and a battery-to-SAE adapter for powersports batteries like dirt bikes and motorcycles.
How should I store and maintain it?
It's a lithium pack, so recharge it after each use and store it charged. Don't leave it sitting dead in a hot vehicle, and top it off every few months if it goes unused.
