The 23Zero Walkabout 72 2.0 is a soft-shell rooftop tent with a 72-inch-wide, cal-king sleeping floor (72 x 96 in) rated for 4 adults. It folds flat to 73 x 48 x 14 in for travel and pops open to 73 x 122 x 52 in of standing-friendly space in a few minutes. The shell is ECO13B recycled canvas with Light Suppression Technology (LST) to cut down the light and heat that gets in, and the whole tent is tape-seam sealed for 4-season use. A 3-inch rebound foam mattress with a waterproof base sits inside, so you skip the separate anti-condensation mat.

The 72 is the size step-up in the Walkabout line. That extra floor width is the difference between two adults sleeping shoulder-to-shoulder and two adults plus a kid or a big dog with room to move. The 2.0 update adds a heater/cooler port, reinforced joints, a heavy-duty polyester-wrapped frame with stainless hinges, and a snow/heavy-weather pole. Crossflow windows with superfine insect mesh handle ventilation. The bare tent weighs about 165 lbs.

It mounts to most crossbar roof racks with no drilling — confirm your rack's dynamic load rating first. A 7-foot-5 telescoping alloy ladder and a 600D PVC travel cover are included. This bundle also ships with a boot bag that hangs off the ladder to keep dirty footwear out of the bed, and an interior gear loft for stashing headlamps, phones, and small kit overhead.
