How many people does the Walkabout 62 sleep?

Three-plus adults on a 62" x 96" queen-size mattress. The 62 is the mid-size width — roomier than the 56, narrower than the 72 and 87.

What roof rack do I need?

Closed footprint is 62" x 48" and the tent weighs about 152 pounds. It mounts to crossbars; check that your rack's static (parked) load rating clears the tent weight plus two or three sleepers. Most aftermarket racks rated 165 lb or higher handle it.

Is it really 4-season, and does it leak?

Yes, it's 4-season. The ECO13B shell has Light Suppression Technology and a 600D PVC travel cover. Big side windows cut condensation, and the rear port takes 3" ducting for a heater or cooler in extreme weather.

How long does setup take?

It's a fold-out soft shell: unclip the cover, flip the tent over on the 90" ladder, and set the poles. A few minutes once you've done it a couple times.

What's the mattress like?

A 3" rebound foam mattress with a cotton top and a waterproof base. It stays inside the tent when you fold it down.
