The TotalControl Hammer Manifold is an electronic air controller that deflates and inflates your tires to a target pressure and shuts the air off by itself. You dial in a number with the up/down buttons, open the valve to air down or run your compressor to air up, and it closes the valve the moment the tires hit your setting. Connect multiple tires through the two industrial-Milton quick-disconnect ports and it equalizes every tire on the manifold to the same number.
For inflation it works with any air compressor that has a pressure switch. When the manifold closes at your target PSI, pressure backs up against the compressor's switch and the compressor cuts off on its own. No standing at each wheel with a gauge, no overshooting, no babysitting the pump. An onboard 15.4V lithium battery runs the electronics, and a USB-C port keeps it charged or powers it through a low battery.
The unit measures 9.5 x 8.25 x 2.5 inches and weighs 1.65 lbs, so it lives in a drawer or a gear box and comes out at the trailhead. Thor's Lightning AirFlex hoses snap straight into the quick-disconnects, and so does any standard I/M-fitting air line you already run. Note that auto-shutoff on inflation depends on your compressor having a pressure switch; a switchless pump will keep running.

Do I still need an air compressor?
For deflation, no. Open the valve and the manifold bleeds your tires down to the set PSI, then closes. For inflation you supply your own compressor; any unit with a pressure switch works, and the manifold tells it when to stop.
How many tires can it handle at once?
