The Kammok Swiftlet is a freestanding hammock stand that lets you hang where there are no trees. The aluminum frame weighs about 15 lb in lounge setup, holds up to 300 lb, and breaks down into a padded travel bag that rides in any trunk. Beach, soccer field, tailgate, backyard, apartment patio — if the ground is flat-ish, you have an anchor point. Note: the hammock is sold separately.

Setup is tool-free. Quick-release buttons and push pins let the tubes slide and snap together, so one person has it standing in a couple of minutes. Each arm has 11 adjustment points to dial in the hang, and the feet flex to spread load on uneven ground with stake holes for extra hold on sand or grass. Run the long bar for full lounge mode (94 in ridgeline) or swap to the short bar for chair mode (62 in), which cuts the footprint roughly in half for tight spaces.

The frame is aluminum tubing with UV-treated nylon hardware, so it shrugs off an unexpected shower without rusting. It fits every Kammok Roo hammock from Roo Jr. to Roo Double XL, plus most hammocks that use a carabiner or ultralight suspension. Backed by Kammok's Adventure Grade lifetime guarantee.

Overview

The Swiftlet is a portable, tool-free aluminum hammock stand rated to 300 lb. It packs into a padded travel bag and converts between full lounge mode and a compact chair mode. Hammock sold separately.

Key features

  • Aluminum tubing frame with UV-treated nylon hardware; roughly 15 lb in lounge setup, 300 lb capacity
  • Tool-free assembly with quick-release buttons and push pins — one person, a couple of minutes
  • 11 adjustment points per arm to fine-tune the hang
  • Long-bar lounge mode (94 in ridgeline) or short-bar chair mode (62 in) that halves the footprint
  • Flexing feet with stake holes for stability on uneven or soft ground; packs to a padded travel bag (about 50 in long)

Use cases

Built for hanging where trees aren't — beaches, park lawns, soccer sidelines, tailgates, gravel campsites, and backyards. Chair mode shrinks the footprint enough for an apartment patio or a game night, and the padded bag makes it an easy grab for car camping and day trips.
