The Rollercam Spider System is a six-arm cam-strap kit that pins an odd-shaped load down to a rack or platform from one center point. The hub measures 13 x 19 x 0.67 inches, and six 1-inch loop-end straps run off it at 6 feet each. Anchor the arms out to your rails or rack corners, set the load in the middle, and pull each strap down. A single over-the-top strap lets a cooler or fuel can rock and walk; the Spider holds it from every direction at once.

Each arm runs the Rollercam buckle. You tension it by hand, then snug it tighter after the load settles. There is no ratchet handle to feed wrong and no clamp to slip. The cam holds against road vibration and trail chatter, and a thumb press drops the tension when you are done. Working load is 350 pounds per strap, built on a 3:1 safety factor.

The webbing is high-tenacity polypropylene with UV inhibitors, stitched with triple-bar bar-tacks and T-135 polyester thread. The roller is marine-grade brass; the cam body is corrosion-resistant Zamak 2 with stainless springs and shafts. Built for roof racks, cargo platforms, and raft frames. This is a soft-goods and gear system rated 350 pounds per strap, not a freight ratchet for rigid loads like lumber.

Overview

The Rollercam Spider System secures an awkward load to a rack or platform from a single center hub. Six 6-foot cam straps radiate from the hub so the load is held from every direction instead of one strap fighting the whole job.

Key features

  • Six-arm spider layout: one 13 x 19 x 0.67 in hub with six 1-inch loop-end straps, 6 feet each
  • Rollercam buckle: hand-tension, re-tension after the load settles, one-hand thumb release, holds under vibration
  • 350 lb working load per strap on a 3:1 safety factor
  • Weather-built materials: high-tenacity polypropylene webbing with UV inhibitors, marine-grade brass roller, Zamak 2 cam body, stainless springs and shafts
  • Triple-bar bar-tack stitching with T-135 polyester thread

Use cases

Caps coolers, fuel and water cans, dry bags, and gear totes on roof racks and cargo platforms, and lashes loose kit to a raft frame. Built for soft goods and gear up to 350 pounds per strap, not rigid freight.
