The Eye Bolts with Zwifloc (4 Pack) add four steel tie-down anchors to your roof rack, each rated to a 75 kg (165 lb) working load. The trick is the patented Zwifloc channel nut: it drops straight into the rack channel from above and twists to lock, so you can add, move, or pull an eye bolt anywhere along the rail without sliding it past the end-caps or pulling off other accessories. Each bolt stands 37 mm (1.5 in) tall and finishes in black.
That drop-in design is the difference between rebuilding your load plan and just adding an anchor where you need one. Hauling recovery boards one weekend and a pair of kayaks the next? Re-anchor your straps in seconds instead of tearing down the rack. Just remember the 75 kg per-bolt rating is bounded by your rack's own load limit, so spread heavy loads across multiple points.
The kit fits a wide spread of Rhino-Rack hardware: Pioneer Platform, Pioneer Elevation, Pioneer Tradie, and Pioneer Tray, plus the Reconn-Deck and Reconn Platform. Vortex bars are covered too — Zwifloc nuts won't seat in a Vortex channel, so the kit ships Vortex-specific channel nuts for those bars. In the box: four eye bolts, four Zwifloc channel nuts, the Vortex-specific nuts, and extra hardware.
