After 8 months of engineering, we are proud to introduce the new EZ FLATE Rapid Locking Air Chucks!
Designed specifically for a more universal fitment including APEX RPV's, Toyota recessed wheels, metal TPMS stems, and so much more - ideal for all valve stems on vehicle tires. Not ideal for innertubes or bike tire valve stems.
Usage is the same as with our Dual Locking Air Chucks. Push till connected, and pull the sleeve to release - simple to do with one hand!
If you already have the Dual Locking air chucks, and they are working well on your valve stems, you do not need to upgrade. However, if you have troubles with fitment, or have the Slim Chucks, these are a great upgrade!
Please Note:
- The default is for an order of 4 and includes Teflon tape
- If you only need one, please select "Single Chuck"
- If you need one to upgrade a single tire hose line, please select "Barbed Chuck" in the option above, and it will come with a hose barb and clamp

Use cases
Airing down before the trail and back up after, on rigs with recessed wheels or aftermarket metal TPMS stems where a clip-on or press-on chuck won't seat. The Barbed Chuck variant lets you retrofit one onto an existing inflator hose instead of replacing the whole setup.

Will these fit Toyota recessed wheels and metal TPMS stems?
Yes. That's exactly what they were built for. They lock onto APEX RPVs, Toyota recessed wheels, and metal TPMS stems, the stems where a standard press-on chuck won't seat square.
How do they connect and release?
Push the chuck onto the valve stem until it locks, then pull the sleeve back to release. One hand does each step, so you're not threading anything on or fighting it off.
How many chucks do I get, and what's in the box?
The default Set of 4 covers all four tires and includes Teflon tape. The Single Chuck is one unit. The Barbed Chuck ships with a hose barb and clamp to upgrade a single inflator hose line.
Can I use these on bike tires or innertubes?
No. These are for vehicle tire valve stems only. Innertubes and bike valves aren't supported.
I already run locking chucks that work fine. Do I need these?
Only if your current chucks struggle on certain stems. If they seat clean on your valve stems already, you don't need to upgrade. These are the fix specifically for tricky fitment like recessed wheels and metal TPMS stems.
