The RacksBrax HD Hitch Standard (Double) is the two-bracket version of the HD quick-release system. The kit ships two hitches, giving you two mounting points: one on the rack, one on the awning or accessory. That two-point layout matches the bar spacing on most common roof racks, which is why the Standard is the config most overlanders start with.
Each kit holds 40kg total (20kg per point) and fits accessories with spine track spacing of 40mm to 52mm. Both M6 and M8 stainless fasteners are in the box, so the hitch bolts up to whatever your awning's track or your rack uses. The hitches are molded from UV-stabilized, glass-reinforced nylon, so they take sun and weather without going brittle.
Once the bases are bolted on, the awning lifts on and off in seconds with no tools. The HD Hitch is built for pull-out awnings, shower cubes, and slimline accessories. It is not the wing-awning mount, and it is not the three-point Triple. If you run a 180 or 270 wing awning, you want the XD Hitch instead.
