Nacho Grande 4 Hi LED Off-Road Light
Nacho Grande 4 Hi LED Off-Road Light
The Nacho Grande 4 Hi is a compact 4-inch LED pod built for speed and distance. It puts out 11,000 raw lumens (7,883 effective) and pushes 270,070 peak candela down the trail at 80W. The "Hi" tuning trades a little beam width for reach, so the light lands far enough ahead to matter at 65 to 100 mph. A built-in control module lets you program the optics on the fly: All On, Just Spot, Just Flood, or low-output Area lighting. Tap the chip icon with the included magnet wand to cycle modes, no rewiring.
The housing is a replaceable polycarbonate exoskeleton with forced-air cooling — air pulls through the front and exhausts out the back. Scuff it on a rock? Swap the shell and keep the optics. It carries an IP68 rating for dust and water submersion and a J575 vibration rating for washboard and chatter. Constant-power relays are built in, so a low-amp switch can drive the full 80W without a heavy harness.
The 2-N-1 mount surface-mounts to a tab or, with the bracket removed, direct-mounts to any 1.5-inch tube. Chrome-plated stainless hardware comes in the box, along with an amber Nacho cover and a black ARB cover. Backed by a lifetime warranty. Sold as a single light.

Overview
The Nacho Grande 4 Hi is a 4-inch programmable LED off-road light tuned for distance. One pod runs four beam modes and pulls 80W on a standard 12V system.
Key features
- 11,000 raw lumens / 7,883 effective lumens, 270,070 peak candela
- 80W draw, ~5.56A at 14.4V, 5700K color temperature
- Programmable optics: All On, Just Spot, Just Flood, or Area lighting
- IP68 dust/submersion rating and J575 vibration rating
- Replaceable forced-air polycarbonate housing
- 2-N-1 mount: surface mount or 1.5-inch tube direct mount
Use cases
Built for high-speed desert and UTV running where reach matters, mounted bumper to driver height. The switchable Area mode doubles it as a worklight at camp, and constant-power relays keep the wiring simple on an overland build.

What's the difference between the 4 Hi and the 4 Lo?
The Hi tuning throws farther with a tighter beam — 270,070 peak candela. The Lo spreads wider and shorter at 120,164 candela. Both share the same 11,000 raw lumens and 80W draw. Pick Hi for speed and distance, Lo for slower technical terrain.
Will it run on a standard 12V system?
Yes. It draws 80W, about 5.56A at 14.4V, which is normal for a 12V truck or UTV. Built-in constant-power relays let a low-amp switch drive the full output without a heavy harness.
Can I change the beam pattern after it's installed?
Yes. Tap the chip icon on the side with the included magnet wand to cycle through All On, Just Spot, Just Flood, and Area lighting. You can change modes anytime — no tools, no rewiring.
How does it mount?
The 2-N-1 mount surface-mounts to a tab, or you pull the bracket and direct-mount the light to any 1.5-inch tube. Chrome-plated stainless hardware is included for both.
Is it sealed against water and vibration?
It carries an IP68 rating for dust and water submersion and a J575 vibration rating for washboard roads and trail chatter.
Is this one light or a pair?
This is a single light. Order two if you want a matched pair on the bumper, and plan wiring and aim for each unit.
What if the housing gets scuffed up?
The polycarbonate housing is removable and replaceable. Beat it on the trail and swap the shell later to keep the optics looking fresh — some owners also paint the shell for a custom look.
