The Ignik Flipside is a 12V heated bed cover for off-grid sleeping setups. It lays on top of your sleeping pad or mattress and heats from below — warming the surface you sleep on rather than relying on a sleeping bag rated for low temperatures. At 48W max output, it runs efficiently on a power station or 12V vehicle source, drawing less than half the current of a typical electric blanket.
The smart controller remembers your last heat setting and includes a built-in safety sensor that shuts the unit down if it detects an issue. Shell and insulation are 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. The nonslip base keeps the cover from sliding off a sleeping pad during the night. A 12V vehicle adapter is included for connecting directly to a vehicle's power outlet.
Requires a 12V power source with at least 500Wh capacity and 4A (40W) output. Compatible with most power stations and 12V systems — Ignik notes it is not compatible with the Anker Solix C1000 specifically. Battery not included.
