The Blue Ridge Overland Gear Medium IFAK Bag is a 12 x 8 x 4 in MOLLE first-aid organizer built from high-visibility red 500D Cordura nylon. It opens clamshell-flat and holds four removable 4 x 12 x 2 in hook-and-loop pouches with string-reinforced clear vinyl fronts, so anyone in the rig can see what is inside and grab the right pouch fast. The front panel is a loop-Velcro and MOLLE platform that takes a First Aid ID panel or extra hook-and-loop pouches.

This is the bag and organizer only — medical supplies are not included. You build the kit your way: trauma gear in one pouch, daily meds in another, wound care and tools in the rest. The Medium sits between a pocket-size IFAK and a full trauma bag, so there is room for a real kit without the bulk of the Large. Large rubber zipper pulls work with gloves on, and the red shell stands out against everything else in a packed cargo area when seconds matter.

Built in Virginia since 2012 and backed by Blue Ridge Overland Gear's lifetime guarantee against failure under normal use. Ships in roughly 2-3 weeks.

Use cases

A vehicle and overland IFAK that lives where it is grabbable — door pocket, seat back, cargo drawer, or strapped to a MOLLE panel. It is the anchor med organizer most folks build their whole kit around, then move between the truck, the trailer, and the house as needed.
