The First Aid IFAK Bag (Large) is a 12 x 12 x 5 in MOLLE organizer built in high-visibility red 500D nylon Cordura. This is the bag and pouches only. It ships empty so you can build your own kit the way you want it: medical supplies are not included.

Inside, four removable 12 x 6 x 2 in pouches mount to large loop-Velcro panels. Each pouch has a string-reinforced clear vinyl front, so you can read its contents without opening every one. The body opens clam-shell flat, which means you can lay the whole bag out and grab a tourniquet or a pack of gauze fast instead of digging. The front is a laser-cut MOLLE panel plus a loop-Velcro platform, so you can strap it to a seat back or rack and add smaller hook-and-loop pouches or an ID patch.
