Can I connect this to my starter battery or do I need a second battery?
Either works. The 10 AWG cable ends in eyelet terminals that bolt to a starter or auxiliary 12V battery, then runs power to the outlet panel.
How long is the cable and what gauge?
20 ft (6 m) of 10 AWG cable, fused in line at 15 A.
Will the 15 A fuse handle a portable fridge?
15 A on a 12V feed is about 180 W, which covers most portable DC fridges and coolers. Check your appliance's rated draw, and avoid stacking high-draw loads on both outlets at the same time.
What can I plug into the two outlets?
One outlet is a standard 12V DC socket for plug-style cords; the other is a 2-pin threaded DC socket for a locked-in, vibration-resistant connection.
Does it come with the fuse and terminals?
