The DMOS Delta Shovel Mount is a 10-gauge powder-coated aluminum bracket that locks a DMOS Delta or Delta Pro shovel to your rig. It measures 13 x 12.5 x 3.5 in and weighs about 2.2 lb. The backing plate is cut with universal pre-drilled slots, so it bolts to most roof racks, truck-bed racks, MOLLE panels, and roll bars without custom drilling.
Every mount ships with the hardware to do the job: four 1/4"-20 x 2.75 in hex bolts, eight flat washers, four nylon locking nuts, two 11 x 2 in backing plates, and a linchpin. The clamp squeezes down on the shovel handle while the linchpin keeps it captive, so the blade stays put on washboard and rough two-track. One trade-off worth knowing: over a lot of miles the clamp can rub the anodizing on the handle. It is cosmetic, not structural.
One important fit note: this mount fits the full-size Delta and Delta Pro only. It does not fit the Compact Delta. A built-in lock tab accepts any standard padlock (padlock not included) so you can leave the shovel on the rack at a trailhead without watching it walk off.
