What tire sizes does it fit?

It's sized for 32-, 33-, and 35-inch tires. The wheel arch is 11.5 inches deep, which clears tires up to 12.5 inches wide. A bigger tire just makes the bag sit a little higher — the 55-liter internal volume stays the same.

How does it mount? Do I need tools?

No tools. The adjustable webbing harness drops over the top of your spare and cinches down with 2-inch quick-release buckles. It's a couple-minute job, and you can pull the whole bag off in seconds to reach the spare or empty it.

Is it waterproof?

It's weather-resistant, not submersible. The shell is 400gsm canvas with a 1000mm waterproof coating, and the inside is lined in 450gsm PVC, so it shrugs off rain and road spray and holds in mud. A drain eyelet in the bottom lets any trapped water run out instead of pooling.

Does it sag when it's loaded?

No. The adjustable anti-sag webbing straps take up slack and keep the bag from drooping even when it's packed heavy with wet recovery gear.

Can I keep dry stuff separate from the muddy stuff?

Yes. There's an internal zipped dry pocket sized for keys, a phone, or a dry pair of socks, so the clean items stay out of the grime in the main compartment.

How do I clean it?

Pop the quick-release buckles, pull the bag off the spare, and hose it out. The PVC liner wipes down and the canvas dries out fast.
