The Crosswing Vertical Bracket is a steel mounting pair that attaches the Kammok Crosswing awning to vertical surfaces via T-slot rails or M8 bolts. Sold as a pair with stainless hardware; the Crosswing awning is sold separately.

Does this include the Crosswing awning?
No. The Vertical Bracket is a mounting accessory only — a pair of steel brackets plus stainless hardware. You need a Kammok Crosswing awning already on hand.
What can I bolt it to, and what size bolt?
It mounts to vertical T-slot rails using T-track square nuts, or to any weight-bearing vertical surface with M8 (5/16") bolts. That covers platform-rack side walls, camper and van walls, RV flanks, and patio posts.
Do I still need Talon Mounts?
Only if you're clamping to a vertical bar, like a utility-truck side rail. For flat T-slot or bolt-on surfaces the bracket mounts directly without them.
What tools do I need, and can one person install it?
A 5mm and an 8mm hex wrench. The quick-attach design is built for one-person installs — you fasten the brackets once, then hook the awning on and off by hand.
Can I use my own hardware instead of the included bolts?
You can, but Kammok only guarantees the mount with the supplied hardware. If you supply your own bolts, double-check the fit is fully tight with no risk of loosening before you load the awning.
How do I keep it from corroding?
The brackets are powder-coated steel and the hardware is stainless, so corrosion resistance is built in. Re-check fastener torque after the first few trips, since any new mount can settle.
